The ETB-073 trainer is designed to study the static characteristics of a Unijunction Transistor (UJT). This experimental setup allows students to analyze the UJT’s negative resistance region, peak and valley points, and its application in relaxation oscillators.
The trainer includes a regulated power supply and two analog/digital meters to observe voltage and current across the device. It is ideal for practical sessions in semiconductor electronics, analog circuits, and device behavior analysis at diploma, undergraduate, or vocational training levels.
Key Features:
Demonstrates UJT V-I characteristics
Built-in regulated power supply
Includes 2 meters for real-time monitoring
Helps in studying negative resistance, peak/valley voltages, and oscillator behavior
Compact, rugged, and easy to use
Suitable for electronics, semiconductor device, and analog lab experiments
